Our Annual General Meeting is scheduled for June 5th, 7pm-9pm in the community hall at our rink, located at 67 Park Rd. Musquodoboit Harbour NS.

All members are invited to attend.

Our association is managed by a group of volunteers who fill positions on our executive council.  Every year, half of these positions are up for election.  Nominations are accepted by our membership for these positions, and they are voted on at the AGM.  Advance nominations are being accepted until May 21st. Please submit any advance nominations you have to our contact portal on the website at https://esmariners.ca/contact/  Nominations are also accepted in person at the meeting.

This year, the positions up for election are:

- Vice President- 2 year term * Adam Jennex- re-offering incumbent

- Treasurer- 2 year term * Jayne Breton - nominated

- Ice Scheduler- 2 year term * Ashley Halloran- re-offering incumbent

- Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator - 2 year term

- League Coordinator- 2 year term

- Coach Coordinator- 2 year term

- President- 1 year term- this position is vacant and was unfilled last year. A 1-year term remains available

This meeting is a great opportunity to review our season and ask questions of our executive, have your say, and vote in our elections.  We welcome all members to attend.
