We are excited to announce our team Captains who have demonstrated outstanding leadership on and off the ice! Our captains will wear their letters “C” and “A” on their jersey until December 1^st when new captains will be chosen!

Mya Ward's shutdown defensive play and care with the puck have made her a standout player through the first 3 games of the season. Her positive attitude and kindness to her teammates sets a good example for everyone in the room. We are so proud to have Mya as our first Captain of the season!

Jonah Simpson showed us tonight he is an all around player, asking to play Center tonight he is the definition of forecheck, backcheck, paycheck! Jonah has been all business and meets all coaches expectations, he will be an assistant captain!

Jackson Bushulak has a quiet demeanor in the dressing room but his play style is fierce and he consistently shows hockey IQ well beyond his years. His commitment at practice and the way he shows up to each game leads our group by example. Jackson will be our second assistant captain.

We can't wait to see our Captains lead this group as we all get better together!
